New Deadpool Trailer Reveals His Adversary – Cable, the Time Traveling Half Cyborg

The much awaited new trailer of Deadpool is unveiled and the fans now have the first look at the time-traveling villain, Cable.

The trailer starts with a tough talk by Josh Brolin’s half-man and half-machine Cable, “I was born into war, bred into it, People think they understand pain, but they have no concept of it.” Precisely that’s when it is suddenly interrupted by Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool saying “Dale! Why are the visual effects not done? It’s a metal arm! It’s not like we’re trying to remove a mustache!” While talking about Cable’s metallic arm that appears as green screen sleeve and not a metallic arm, Deadpool also takes a jab at “Justice League’s” costly reshoots, which included digitally removing Henry Cavill’s facial hair in post-production.

While the special effects team makes the correction, Deadpool hints the conflict between him and Cable using action figures before the actual movie footage begins with Deadpool special dark humor that made the original Deadpool movie a highest grossing rated –R film ever.

This is the fourth trailer of the sequel. It offers a cursory glance at the new characters introduced in the movie, such as Zazie Beetz’ Domino and the roles from the first movie of played by Morena Baccarin and T. J. Miller along with Leslie Uggams, Stefan Kapicic, Brianna Hildebrand, and Karan Soni.

Reynolds has been feeding to the curiosity of the viewers by feeding them with images of new characters now and then. Before the latest teaser, he dropped a hilarious Bob Ross-inspired teaser in November titled “Wet on Wet.” The latest trailer clearly indicated that the sequel is again going to exhibit free vulgar humor and Deadpoool’s charm.

The new footage comes one day after Reynolds revealed the “Flashdance”-like poster for the film.

According to Rollingstone, the new synopsis for the film gives out a plot, which many believes to be phony, “”After surviving a near fatal bovine attack, a disfigured cafeteria chef (Wade Wilson) struggles to fulfill his dream of becoming Mayberry’s hottest bartender while also learning to cope with his lost sense of taste. Searching to regain his spice for life, as well as a flux capacitor, Wade must battle ninjas, the yakuza, and a pack of sexually aggressive canines, as he journeys around the world to discover the importance of family, friendship, and flavor – finding a new taste for adventure and earning the coveted coffee mug title of World’s Best Lover.”

The full trailer is only a few days away. It’ll reportedly be released on Feb. 14 ahead of being attached to Black Panther when it hits theaters two days later.

Deadpool 2 is going to hit theatres on May 18th.
